| How big are the prints? |
| The Fine Art prints are available from 12", 16", 20" and 40" measured on the image's longest edge. The height may vary depending upon the final image crop. The canvas prints are generally 1" shorter to allow for the canvas wrap. |

| How are they printed? |
| The Fine Art prints are printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag™, the Canvas prints on a polycotton canvas and printed on a Canon W6200 wide format pigment ink printer. The Photo prints are printed on a Kodak 1400 digital dye sublimation printer onto Kodak photographic paper. Refer to papers used for further detailed information. |

| What image capture was used? |
| I currently use a Canon 1D mark II creating 50mb files. All landscapes are captured in RAW format and only minor adjustments are made in photoshop. It is important to me that all landscapes are captured correctly in camera, as was the case when shooting with film. In some cases Lee filters were used to balance the light or provide appropriate shutter speeds for the various water effects. |

| How are my prints sent? |
| All the prints will be posted by surface (UK) and Air Mail (Europe and Rest of the World). |

| What if my prints arrive damaged? |
| Return the prints, securely packaged to me within 21 days, indicating the damage, and a full refund will be given. I cannot accept any liability for returned prints that are lost in transit. |

| Giclée Prints |
| Fine art photographic Giclée prints. A giclée print (pronounced zhee-clay) refers to, amongst others, a category of digitally created fine art. However, not all digital prints are giclée's. Only prints that adhere to strict printmaking standards can be called a giclée. |

| Colour Reproduction |

| All monitors display colour and hues differently, so the colour you see on our website is no guarantee of the colour of the final image therefore prints and reproductions may display different colour's and hues to those viewed on the website. All papers, monitors and printers are profiled to ensure accuracy of reproduction, matching the photographers original colour perception when the photograph was originally taken. All reproductions are checked by the photographer before despatch and Terry Hewlett photography cannot accept responsibility for any reproductions received where the colour does not match the purchasers own perception of colour as viewed on their monitor. |
